I guess I should've said this in the first post lol, but my favorite genre is Metal. I enjoy all different kinds of music, but metal strikes me the most because of the diversity of the sub-genres. Go and listen to a prog metal band, a post metal band, a thrash metal band, and a black metal band, and tell me there isn't diversity there! But one sub-genre I dislike us metalcore (if you even want to call it a sub-genre of metal lol). Some of it is good, but most of it just sounds like a pop metal variant. I like to call it watered down metal forreal lol. It's just nothing like the real stuff.
